Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut, chopped

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1.5 tbsp flax meal

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

  • ½ tbsp chia seeds

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ⅛ tsp sea salt

 Instructions:

1) Combine chopped nuts, coconut, flax meal, coconut flour, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sea salt in a small bowl.

2) In a pan, heat almond milk until steaming. Then, pour over dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

3) Add sweetener to taste and add additional toppings as desired. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 ⅓ cup blanched almond flour

  • 3 large eggs

  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

  • ¾ cup cocoa powder

  • ¾ cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • 1 ½ cups coconut sugar

  • ¼ tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

 Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350F and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

2) In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt.

3) In a separate bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Once well-combined, add in eggs and stir well.

4) Combine dry mixture with wet mixture and fold in chocolate chips.

5) Pour batter into pan and bake for 23-25 minutes.

6) Once done, remove from oven and set aside to cool.

7) Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

  • ½ cup tomatoes, sliced

  • ¼ cup pepperoni, sliced

  • 1 egg, whisked

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Sea salt and pepper for taste

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 400F. Put cauliflower florets in blender or food processor and blend until it reaches a rice-like consistency. Transfer onto a pan and add a tbsp of water. Next, season cauliflower mixture with salt and pepper.

2) Cook for 7-8 minutes until soft. Once done, remove from oven and place the cauliflower onto a towel and wring out the excess moisture.

3) In a bowl, mix garlic, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and cauliflower until well combined.

4) Line baking sheet with parchment paper and shape cauliflower dough into bite-size patties and place on sheet.

5) Bake for 10-12 minutes and remove from oven. Place marinara, tomatoes, pepperoni, and cheese on each mini pizza. Cook for another 10-12 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven and serve warm. Enjoy!

5) Place in oven and bake for 50 minutes.

6) Before removing the pan to cool on a cooling rack, allow pound cake to cook for around 5-6 minutes in the pan.

7) Slice into 10-12 slices and serve. Enjoy!
