H. pylori is a bacteria that is associated with the development of low stomach acid production (hypochlorhydria), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), ulcers, and stomach cancer when allowed to overgrow in the GI tract. The H. Pylori Testing measures the amount of H. Pylori (if elevated) and the presence of virulence factors, which identify the potential for H. Pylori to cause disease. This is an at-home kit with instructions. Results typically received within 14-21 days.
