The following Lab Kits (that are drop-shipped to patient’s address on file) are refundable within 15 days after purchase if the lab kit is unused and not shipped to lab: GI-Map Stool Test Kit, GI Pathogens Retesting Kit, Progesterone Spot Test.

The following Lab Kits (that are drop-shipped to patients address on file) are non-refundable once purchased from www.missalexanutrition.com: Comprehensive Functional Blood Work, Comprehensive Functional Blood Work + Food Sensitivity Test, Leaky Gut and Gluten Sensitivity Test, Food Sensitivity Test, Food Allergy Test, Salivary Hormone Test, GX Sciences Genetic Testing Kit, Follow-Up Complete Thyroid Panel, Follow-Up CBC Testing, Follow-Up Cardiovascular Disease Screening, Follow-Up Homocysteine Test, Follow-Up Hemoglobin A1C Test.

All consultations are non-refundable unless rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours before scheduled consult date/time.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
