Paleo Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup blanched almond flour

  • ¼ cup tapioca flour

  • 5 tbsp coconut oil

  • 3 tsp maple syrup

  • ¾ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

1) Combine all ingredients in a blender (besides the chocolate chips) and blend until smooth.

2) Stir in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
