Almond Flour Brownies
/Try making these gooey and delicious almond flour brownies! Almond flour is known to be high in protein, helps decrease blood pressure, and is naturally gluten-free. Ingredients:
1 ⅓ cup blanched almond flour
3 large eggs
¾ cup chocolate chips
¾ cup cocoa powder
¾ cup + 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 ½ cups coconut sugar
¼ tsp sea salt
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350F and line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
2) In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
3) In a separate bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract. Once well-combined, add in eggs and stir well.
4) Combine dry mixture with wet mixture and fold in chocolate chips.
5) Pour batter into pan and bake for 23-25 minutes.
6) Once done, remove from oven and set aside to cool.
7) Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
