Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup paleo garlic mayonnaise

Instructions:

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • Fresh minced basil (optional, for topping)

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions:

1) In a skillet over low-medium heat, heat the cumin and fennel seeds for 5 minutes while stirring occasionally. Set aside and let cool.

2) In a large bowl, combine meat of choice, apple, coconut sugar, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, and cooled cumin and fennel seeds. Use your hands to combine the ingredients.

3) Begin making patties that are about ½ inch thick. This recipe will yield around 10-12 patties. Sprinkle minced basil on top of each patty (optional).

4) Grease a large skillet with coconut oil. Cook the patties over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, flipping the patties halfway. Use a thermometer to check the patties are cooked all the way through (165 degrees F). Enjoy!

1) Begin marinating the salmon filets by first pouring ⅓ cup of the teriyaki sauce into a small casserole dish. Then, line up the salmon filets in the dish with the fish skin side up. Let sit for 15 minutes.

2) Line an air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place the salmon filets, skin side down, into the basket. Air fry for 10 minutes at 400 degrees F.

3) Add the remaining ¼ cup of teriyaki sauce to a small saucepan and heat over low heat. Gradually add in the xanthan gum and whisk well.

4) Transfer the filets to a dish and glaze with the teriyaki sauce. Drizzle white sesame seeds and chopped green onion on top if preferred and enjoy!
