Salad:

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp remaining juice from canned mandarin oranges

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 clove garlic, minced
